GARLIC POTATO AND ANGUS TAPA SKILLET⁠

We’ve often heard that our tapa tastes just like steak… a glorified tapa, they said!

Here’s one way to enjoy our Prime Angus Beef Tapa -- steak-and-potatoes-style.⁠

Parboil some potatoes (baby potatoes, batonettes, wedges, large dice, etc.) in salted water. Drain and set aside.⁠

In a skillet, melt some butter with some olive oil, then saute chopped or whole garlic cloves with the parboiled potatoes until potatoes are fork tender. Season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. Set aside.⁠

In the same skillet, sear Prime Angus Beef Tapa slices for a couple of minutes on each side. Mix in cooked potatoes and garlic, then garnish with fresh herbs and serve!⁠
