I realized I’ve done all kinds of recipes with the Prime Angus Beef Tapa except pasta! I quickly remedied that by coming up with this satisfying Asian-inspired pasta dish. Most, if not all of the ingredients can be found in your pantry already.

Start by cooking the pasta (about 250-300 grams of any pasta of your choice) in salted boiling water. Follow package directions.

While pasta is cooking, make the sauce: In a bowl mix together a tablespoon each of minced ginger, and minced garlic, half cup of soy sauce, half cup of beef stock (or ¼ of a beef bouillon dissolved in half cup hot water), half cup brown sugar, ⅓ cup hoisin, a small squeeze of sriracha (add to your taste).

Heat a wok or large pan with a few swirls of oil. Cook the Prime Angus Beef Tapa a few seconds per side, then add sauce into the pan. Add salt and pepper and adjust seasonings to your taste.

Drain the pasta and add to the wok. Toss all together to coat the noodles in sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Plate and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve and enjoy!
