BBQ QUESADILLAS

One of my favorite recipe discoveries using BBQ Baby Back Ribs is to use it as filling for quesadillas!
Shredded BBQ Baby Back Ribs with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, corn and onions sandwiched between tortillas and toasted till the cheeses have melted and fused the tortillas together... heaven!!!🤤 Dollop a teaspoon (or a tablespoon, we won't judge!) of sour cream and serve with a side of fresh homemade salsa (see recipe in Prime Angus Tapa Breakfast Burrito post) and you'll forget your name!😂
