One of my favorite recipe discoveries using BBQ Baby Back Ribs is to use it as filling for quesadillas!⁠

Shredded BBQ Baby Back Ribs with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, corn and onions sandwiched between tortillas and toasted till the cheeses have melted and fused the tortillas together... heaven!!!🤤 Dollop a teaspoon (or a tablespoon, we won't judge!) of sour cream and serve with a side of fresh homemade salsa (see recipe in Prime Angus Tapa Breakfast Burrito post) and you'll forget your name!😂⁠
